The Crowsnest Pass is thrilled to be hosting the 2009 Southern Alberta Summer Games this year, July 8th to 11th. They are less than two weeks away! If you haven't already made the Games a part of your summer plans please do so. We have excellent entertainment planned, events scheduled for your amusement and a long list of sports to watch.
Don't forget to back those things that will make your days here great and comfortable... whether it be sunscreen, reusable water bottle, lawn chair, blanket or a good pair of shoes!
This is a very special year for the Games as we will be celebrating the 40th Anniversary of the largest, longest consecutively running multi-sport event in all of Canada.
There truly is something for everyone! Be it through volunteering, becoming an Official Games Sponsor, participating in a sports event, or simply enjoying the company of great people, music, art, movies or the landscape.
Take some time to check out all that we have planned and re-visit the website regularly as more information will be posted weekly.

All athletes are invited to the Opening Ceremonies and are invited to participate in the athletes march on July 8th at 6:30p.m. at the West end of 19th Avenue by the Isabelle Sellon School (ISS) Soccer Field. Please wear your team t-shirt.
